I'm passionate about hospitality.

When I lived in Japan, I programmed robots for Hitachi.

I learned how to make award-winning cocktails, how to cook for crowds, and also what excellence in customer service is all about.

It was a great experience.

After that, I came to NewZealand, where I still work in hospitality.

Except that now, I live in a rural area, have free-range chickens in my garden, and pour love on my organic vegetables!

I'm interested in sustainable living, sustainable growing, and sustainable eating! I write recipes for New Zealand vegetarian website www.doctorfeelgood.co.nz and am always experimenting with cooking and preparing healthy food.
