Yolanda Rodriguez
I was a journalist for 20 years, starting at my neighborhood paper in Hell's Kitchen, then training professionally at the Los Angeles Times. I've worked at Newsday on Long Island, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. My career in higher education began at the University of West Georgia, which led me to Kennesaw State University. Now I'm back in Hell's Kitchen. This time I'm preparing the next generation of journalists as the assistant director of career services at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. I still look for quiet corners of my day in which to write and dream. I'm trying to transfer my analogue knowledge of photography into digital know-how.My story is not over yet....
