Settle down ya'll...I am bringing some Zen to your den. I am a big hearted, happy, life-loving lady. A yoga teacherr, writer, artist, lover of personal expansion, single mother and over all happiness advocate, my energy is mostly spent allowing the goodness to flow through me and to me.

On a journey of self-discovery, I am in the business of living happy and though I am an only child, I am an excellent sharer of the wonderful nuggets of wisdom I learn along the way.
