Yoomin Lee

Yoomin Lee is currently a doctoral student in the School of Media & Communications at Korea University. Her research interest includes the effects of new media on political communication, cognitive processing of political information, and the causes and consequences of the blurring between news and entertainment media. She earned a bachelor's degree from Boston University and a master's degree from the University of Southern California. Before embarking on her Ph.D. studies, she co-founded and served as an executive member of an online gaming company in Silicon Valley.
