Experienced in Knowledge Management, Corp. Innovation Events, Corp. Regulations (particularly for Learning & Development Dept.), People Development, and now I'm curious to learn about business strategy (especially for start-ups) and how to develop it.

Currently Assistant Knowledge Management Manager at Kawan Lama Corporate, the fast-growing retail and industrial company. Holding more than six business units (Ace Hardware, Informa, Toys Kingdom, Chatime, Krisbow, Kawan Lama Sejahtera, etc.) with more than 500 outlets across Indonesia. Developing learning-based communities, knowledge-asset preservation method, and knowledge-sharing events during work here.
