Kuidar+ is a care coordination platform for families navigating dementia in Brazil — connecting caregivers with multidisciplinary clinical teams and AI-assisted support between appointments. We're modeled on the GUIDE care model adopted by Medicare in the US, adapted for the Brazilian reality.
