I develop learning programs used in statewide implementations that transform technical systems and processes into a format that is easy to use and understand. My goal is to take the fear out of using technology and to focus on the learning.

In my projects, I have focused on the end-user and provided tools and support to aid in knowledge transfer and retention. I've used typical tools and technologies, such as PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Captivate simulations with voice, and I'm always looking to incorporate new ideas such as mobile learning utilizing voice and video via Brainshark and interactive e-books created with iBooks Author.

Ultimately, the learning needs to provide the users with the knowledge they need to use the systems and processes effectively so their main focus is on serving their clients in the programs.
