I always wanted to be a chef and managed to start pretty young. For the last eleven years I have worked with some of the best Chefs in the UK taking in everything that I can. Long stints with Gavin Aitkin, Anthony Flynn and Sat Bains have been interspersed with numerous stages and placements. After plenty of blood, sweat and some tears it's time to head back to York and set up by myself. I can apply for a Head Chef's job and try and make a name for myself; or I can take the plunge and set up by myself. Only problem is that I don't have any money and aren't really sure how to find any. A friend reckons that the internet could be a good way of meeting people interested in getting involved... we'll see
