I work full-time acquiring and managing rental properties with a long-term approach. My background in investment structuring and syndication, shaped early on through family mentorship, taught me the importance of discipline, clear agreements, and responsible oversight. Today, I apply those principles to housing.

My focus is simple: provide safe, well-maintained homes and operate with consistency. Many of the units I manage are offered at accessible rents to low-income individuals and families. I prioritize responsive maintenance, clear communication, and steady property standards.

I believe housing stability strengthens communities. My work reflects that belief, both through responsible property management and support for local charitable organizations serving vulnerable populations in Montreal.
