Mariana Corona

Mariana Corona is an executive in Television, professor and performing artist whose work focuses on Fictional Content, Storytelling and Digital experiences, arts from the most primitive technologies and all types of strategies with calls to action.

She works at Televisa in the department of planning and development of Tv shows, sales and programming. For 6 six years she has developed one of her greatest passions, a program to form new television writers. This effort couldn’t be possible without the Universidad Iberoamericana where she studied Communications, Advertising and Cinema.

Right now, Mariana is living her greatest dream, to study a masters in New York. This dream is possible thanks to the support of her company. With a lot of effort, the president of content in Televisa believed in her enough to send her to study an MA in Media Studies at The New School and return with a better preparation to face a different world and constantly changing.

Mariana is single but has a wonderful family and friends. She’ never alone. She has her drawings, she loves to draw and create things with her hands. This has been the best therapy to discover who is inside.

Always smiling, Mariana wishes to continue dreaming. She wants to be a great professional, producing projects on different platforms, talk to new audiences and find new ways to reach Latinos, Mexicans.

She believes in her country and knows that many good things are about to come to that place she calls home.
