Through Organizational Intelligence Studio, I design and facilitate better ways of working, from how teams meet and make decisions to how they collaborate, communicate, and turn strategy into action.

I believe that when people struggle at work, we are often too quick to question their performance and too slow to question the systems they operate within.

But my fascination with how people work together started long before I knew what organizational effectiveness meant.

Growing up by the Mediterranean, I was raised by an embroideress from a five-generation lineage. In my family, embroidery was not a hobby. It was a language.

Summers were spent helping with bridal dresses and special occasion outfits, where every stitch mattered because the work moved through many hands. That world taught me great teaming: clear roles, shared purpose, communication, trust across shifts, and the discipline to never lose the thread, literally or figuratively.

Those lessons followed me into a 15+ year career in marketing, from agency floors in Tunis to San Francisco, working across global brands, B2B technology, SaaS, and professional services. I built teams, functions, and growth engines, including helping scale a company through 450% ARR growth and a private equity acquisition.

But what fascinated me most was never just the work itself. It was how the work got done.

Along the way, I found myself designing meeting practices, decision-making frameworks, onboarding experiences, team agreements, and ways of working that helped people do their best work together.

Today, through Organizational Intelligence Studio, I bring that experience together with design thinking, facilitation, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to help organizations:

* Rethink meetings, decisions, communication, and collaboration.
* Build shared understanding, stronger teams, and practical ways of working.
* Turn good intentions and strategies into everyday practices.

I also host the Organizational Intelligence podcast, exploring the people, practices, and possibilities shaping how we work.

My premise is simple: Work doesn’t have to be this hard. And better ways of working don’t happen by accident. We have to design them.
