Deborah Young

I was born and grew up in Taiwan. I obtained my MBA in GWU in the States. Ever since the America gave me the opportunity to work there in an SAP Change Management and Training Consultancy acorss the America. About 16 years ago, I landed in London and wokred with a lot of Euoropean and then MiddleEast and Africa clients in broad sectors including FMCG, banking, oil and gas and pharma/healthcare. I have more than 10 years experience working in IT services and software industries. I have proven track record winning blue chip clients on multi-million multi-years contracts.

I love travelling and working with international teams for transformation porgramme. I think that we are born with tremous amount of creativity and this talent shine through businesses when people need to work together. I love having engaging conversation with my team and my clients. I am commited and honest to my work.

I am also blessed enough to have a very loving and supportive family. My belief and family make me grounded and shape where I will become.
