Young Donald

Young Donald born Donald Ngovi Nguuti also known as Donaa, is a hip-hop rapper/songwriter born and raised in Nairobi Kenya.

At age 11 Donald had already mastered the art of expressing himself through penning down his thoughts and expressing them on a hip-hop beat as a student at Thika Road Primary in Nairobi. A school that influenced him to RnB, Hip-hop and a bit of old school bongo rap, the main genres that made him fall in love with music as a kid, later in his teenage years Donald was also heavily influenced by Christian Hip-Hop Rap that shaped his music sound.

He officially debuted in the music scene in 2010 after dropping his debut single Gospel Swag immediately after joining highschool (form 1) at Ruaraka Highschool in Nairobi, which was one of the many songs he wrote when he was primary school.

Since then Donald has released couple of singles and on June 14 2024 Donald officially dropped his debut album Reality Come Back, a 14 track Album which is a collection of his past releases and some few new songs.

The album consists of hits like Reality Come Back, Back n Alive, Leave Me Alone, A Letter To You, King Jehovah, Another One, Baby Girl among other songs. The album is streaming on all platforms
