Hello,

My name is Sylvie but most of my friends call me Syl which is why it is part of my derby name: Anti-syl-clone. You might now be wondering what is derby? why this name?

Roller derby is a full-contact women's sport played on quad roller skates, by players skating around an elliptical track. I have now been part of the Kent roller girls team for nearly 2 years and it is amazing!

It suits me perfectly as I am a team player and a people person and the derby world is so big and full of people likeminded!

So why this name, well I wanted to find a name which relate to the weather as like me it is so unpredictable!

When I am not playing or practising I am teaching and always find the time for baking which is another passion of mine.
