Im a passioned and seasoned recruiter with over 8 years experience delivering User Experience Professionals across a variety of different industries ranging from creative agencies to the financial sector.

For me it’s all about relationships with both clients and candidates. I try to keep in regular contact with most of the UX professionals in the London and surrounding counties area. I have built trust within this Network and would like to think that when I call a candidate they know it will be with regards to a decent opportunity which is right for them, not wasting their time discussing a role that is a complete mismatch. I do not send out CV's without anyone’s permission, I regularly attend networking events and try to meet as many people in the industry as possible.

For clients I try to add more value than just send CV's. I can help formulate job specs, I can advise on salaries / rates and also advise the type of person you essentially need. I won’t send over candidates at the maximum salary /rate but instead try and give you a variation.
