Studying Psychology and Counselling, she promotes Mental Health First Aid training in the Whitsunday community to reduce stigma and empower individuals. Your Mind Reset offers two membership programs: "Real Men’s Health Hub" for holistic well-being and "Conscious Parenting Hub" for nurturing resilient children and improving family harmony. Both programs provide personalized consultations, assessments, and therapeutic practices like massage and Reiki.
