His knowledge of creative financing allows him to help clients, who may not qualify by traditional means, achieve the dream of home ownership.

A native Houstonian, Garland has in depth knowledge and access to multiple areas of Houston with valuable insight of the direction and growth of each neighborhood. As a husband and father of a beautiful baby girl he has intimate knowledge of the best schools in the Houston Metroplex. Due to his strong network and social media following, Garland is able to serve his clients with needs beyond real estate.

As a former AAU basketball coach & collegiate football Southwestern Athletic Conference(SWAC) champion, Garland enjoys teaching and developing his clients so that they are champions as far as their knowledge of the real estate process. This affords him the opportunity to guide and support every client through each transaction. His passion for negotiating allows him to land the best deals for his clients.
