Nicholas LoStracco, CEO of Versimind, Inc- With over ten years of experience creating value for companies in many areas including: customer service; analytics; process improvements; branding; efficiency; and results. Nick has four years of experience with Fidelity Investments (assets 1.2 Trillion) training management and preparing the company for major customer service enhancements. Nick has one year working in Higher Education, and five years with the Military, government and local/state agencies.

Nick earned his MBA in 2009 and has numerous certifications in Six Sigma, customer service, communication during organizational change, exporting, government contracts, 401k, and other types of retirement plans. Nick has helped customers grow their services and reach more customers through marketing campaigns to helped maximize their brand.
