"Acme Auto Tech Pvt. Ltd." was incorporated in 2010 as a sister concern of Team Tools Pvt. Ltd., known for its Quality Hand Tools. The Company is based in Ludhiana, a city popularly known as manchester of India.

Acme Auto Tech was mainly established to manufacture and supply quality forgings (rough & machined), Truck & Trailer Body Parts, Automotive Parts, Agricultural Machinery Parts, Hand Tools, Waler Plates, Scaffolding Fittings, Carbon Steel Flanges, Ornamental Gate Heads and Formwork Accessories, which came into production in 2011. It is equipped with 2 Drop Forging hammers and the most modern machinery to serve its ultimate objective of becoming a model forging company of India guiding others along the same path. One more hammer 2-Ton capacity and few more items of machinery are being added soon to undertake heavy forgings.
