Currently serves on two public company boards in the retail and food industry as Compensation Committee Chair. Serves on the Board of AGB(Association of Governing Boards for Colleges and Universities). Former Chair of Board of Atlanta based Women's College, Board member of large electronics retailer and Advisory Board member for one of the big 5 accounting firms. Spent 30 years in Corporate rising to Chief People Officer/Head of Human Resources for three Fortune 500 Global Companies in three industry sets. Core competencies are in large scale change and succession planning. Lives in Miami, Florida and Maratha's Vineyard with her husband.
