Young Republican Women of Cincinnati
Cincinnati, Ohio
"The America I know is great - not because government made it great but because ordinary citizens like me, like my father and like you are given the opportunity every day to do extraordinary things." Mia Love
History:
Throughout the 2012 Presidential election, the false narrative of a Republican "war on women" inspired 14 "urbanistas" to form a club in order to elevate the profile of young GOP women in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Young Republican Women of Cincinnati was founded by a group of young professional women as a grassroots political organization to promote the principles, objectives and policies of the Republican Party. We will be affiliated with the National Federation of Republican Women, one of the largest and most influential women's political organizations in the country.
Mission:
The mission of the Young Republican Women of Cincinnati is to engage young professional women in the political process and develop these women into the next generation of Republican leaders. YRWC will empower young women in the Republican Party and provide them with a practical means of Republican Party participation, leadership training and political involvement at all levels of government. We believe in limited government, fiscal conservatism, a strong defense and individual liberty.
Membership:
YRWC offers an opportunity for ordinary women to do extraordinary things by supporting conservative issues at the local, state and national levels. Our organization provides young women in Cincinnati an outlet to exchange ideas, network and develop friendships while working to improve the world in which we live.
Meetings are held the last Tuesday of every month, 7pm, at the Cincinnati Public Library.
