Listen to my music

Judas "Kobe" Stone, born Zothiwani Jnr II Buthelezi, emerged from humble beginnings amidst the poverty of the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal eHlalaNkosi. From an early age, he exhibited a passion for music, utilizing nothing more than a speaker and a cellphone to craft his first recorded tracks. Despite the challenges of his environment, his determination led him to establish YSMR Media Records in Durban, earning him the affectionate moniker "Ju" from the streets he calls home.

Inspired by his brother's musical pursuits, Judas delved deeper into the craft, honing his skills in both recording and beat production. His dedication soon bore fruit as he found himself gracing prestigious stages alongside renowned artists such as Grammy award-winning Sjava, Ntaba yase Dubai, and the Qwabe Twins at the illustrious eKasi Annual Festival, solidifying his presence in the South African music scene.

However, Judas "Kobe" Stone's journey hasn't been without its challenges. As the founder of YSMR Media Records, he tirelessly hustles to maintain the momentum of his record label, navigating the intricacies of the industry while striving to uplift emerging talents from his community. With each performance and production, he continues to carve out his legacy, leaving an indelible mark on both the local and global music landscape. As he boldly paves his path, it's evident that the world, both in South Africa and beyond, has never been more unprepared for the impact of his artistry.
