Youth Talent Development Society (YTDS) is a Pune-based nonprofit organization committed to creating sustainable social impact across India. The organization works in four key areas: Environment, Empowerment, Education, and Employment. YTDS undertakes environmental conservation initiatives, empowers women and other underserved communities, supports education and digital awareness, and promotes skill development and employment opportunities for youth. Through volunteering, community participation, and CSR partnerships, YTDS aims to build stronger communities and create meaningful, long-term change.
