Have many experience no matter in school or in my daily life. Did many project and presented them during english class, like Book trailer, short movie, PSA, interview for a teacher(from Chinese class) lots of projects are done during high school.

STUDENT:

N stands for Negotiators:

In NCPA, it help me learned how to communicate with new classmates, how to communicate with a new teacher and how to get to know someone better or how to make friends.

C stands for Collaborators:

In my high school, usually we doing lots of project with different people, sometimes you may not know each other, so in NCPA, I learned how to face this situation and collaborate with my group mates, also I believe this skill is very important if working in a company.

P stands for planners:

We have many homework many activities etc.. So we need to plan for everything make sure they are logical so that can finished all of them completely.

A stands for Achievers:

Talk about achievement, this is really connect to connect to Negotiators, Collaborators, and Planners. If we can do those very well, it’s really easy to become a successful achievers.
