Hello, I'm Yugandhar, a dedicated and passionate Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in the software industry. With almost 5 years of professional experience, I've honed my skills in ensuring software quality and delivering successful outcomes in critical projects.

About Me:

I thrive in the dynamic world of software testing, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. Over the years, I've become proficient in various QA methodologies, test case development, and defect management. My experience spans a range of SDLC models, including Agile (Scrum), V-Model, and Waterfall. I excel in different types of testing, from System and Integration to Regression, Functional, GUI, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication abilities. I've liaised with key customer contacts and vendors to resolve software issues, enhancing my project management and collaboration skills.

Education & Certifications:

I hold a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from UWE Bristol and am proud to be ISTQB Foundation certified in software testing.

Current Role:

I am currently contributing my expertise to the field of public healthcare as a QA Engineer at Care Quality Commission(CQC). My role involves ensuring compliance, data connectivity, and operational efficiency in critical projects like Enforcement, Connect, and Ops Planning.

Previous Experience:

Before my current role, I played a pivotal role at Genex Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, managing end-to-end testing and compliance for a major rebranding project. I established standard test practices, conducted functional and non-functional testing, and actively participated in Agile methodologies.

ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level 2018 v2
