I have been working with children for 10+ years. When I first began to teach little kids English, I realized that it is my true vocation and I want to dedicate my life to this profession. For almost a year I have been working in primary school as a teacher’s assistant. My main purpose is to give my pupils the best knowledge in the most interesting way. Due to this fact, I'm trying to find an individual approach to each child by taking into account all aspects of his/her psychophysiological development.

I strongly believe that, the educational process in modern society should put pupil's needs and their interests on the first place. My teaching experience in the summer camp, as well as the summer courses for primary school teachers, helped me to underpin this point of view.

During my lessons I use a lot of useful teaching methods such as critical thinking, problem-solving situations, discussions, etc. that can help my pupils not only to receive some basic theoretical knowledge, but to gain more practical experience that is very important in everyday life.

As far as I'm concerned everything is changing very fast in our world. It means that if we (teachers) want to give the best education to our young generation, we shouldn't stop learning and continue to develop our professional skills.

I hope that this course will help me to gain more experience in pedagogical field, and to learn the latest teaching techniques, which I will use in future.
