I am Yunchen Liu, 22 years old, a Chinese young lady who are deeply influenced by ancient wisdom of our culture. And as the ancient Chinese Taoist Lao-Tszeb said that Govern by doing noting.

If you are a manager you will think he is incomprehensible, because you know the work of manager is not a piece of cake. Actually, what Lao-Tse tried to say is not really means a person could control his company well by doing nothing, but he could supervise his firm by using the right person to the right place, arranging the important time to the important person, choosing the correct place to the correct event and so on.

After the ancient things, and when it comes to modern talk ' do not let work kidnap your life', everyone need to keep the balance between work and life.
