I printed with and maintained about a dozen 3D printers, have my masters in mechanical engineering, manufactured a chess piece on a CNC machine, reverse engineered a mop's plastic squeezing mechanism in Solidworks, simulated the stress on a composite plane fuselage in Solidworks Simulation, put a modified car in a simulated wind tunnel using ANSYS Fluent, stretched a fiber infused composite to it's limit in ANSYS Static-Solid, built and flew a Styrofoam RC plane, tightened spark plugs on a Cessna, researched the market readiness of a recurve bow, animated a weather map of hurricane Sandy in Matlab. And I'm building a programmable drone as a personal project to learn ROS and Python.
My models have been downloaded around 1500 times(GrabCAD), and my project reports were viewed about the same(Scribd). My drone is yet to take autonomous flight, however.
I look forward to learn from the best.
