I was born to serve my community. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I was formally educated through the NYC Department of Education, and culturally grounded through the teachings of my parents and mentors. My elementary school Principal, Mr. Frank Spradley, created a school community that served the cultural and academic needs his population, and instilled in me a passion to serve.
