Yuuki Tanaka

I'm a tourist/chef who is touring the world learning and

experiencing world cuisine.I'm travelling and, volunteering

my services as a chef,to learn about the cuisines of as

many countries as I can, staying at

one restaurant, for about 2 weeks at a time.

Of course, I'm not doing it for financial reasons; it's strictly on

a volunteer basis and I would love the chance to teach others the

art of Japanese style cooking.I'm eagerly looking for information about restaurants where I canvolunteer and learn.As I said, I'm interested in all kinds of cuisine; I would like to explore new cooking styles, methods, tastes and ideas.
It is my dream to improve myself as a chef!!
I am ready and willing to learn and I will do just about anything; I can do dish and kitchen clean-up, food and kitchen preparation, bussing and waiting tables too.
I really don't mind as long as I have a chance to learn about the national cuisine of each country I visit.

I hope that wherever I go, the staff can speak English; it would be great if they could speak Japanese too! Laugh!I am interested in getting information about places and restaurants where I can volunteer. If you know of anyplace where I can volunteer as a chef then please let me know.
