Yuval Tal

Yuval Tal is a successful business pioneer in the constantly-evolving industry that creates solutions for online mass payouts around the world. In 2005 he founded Payoneer, a privately held company that effectively handles payment solutions through the use of a prepaid credit card and he controls and manages the operations as its president. His 20 years of business experience are in Internet commerce, hi-tech startups, security technologies and currency exchange. Yuval Tal established Payoneer to provide a web-based solution to secure and deliver multiple payments in a secure and time-efficient manner. The company has an agreement with the MasterCard ® Company and delivers prepaid MasterCard® cards to its participating affiliates who in return provide the cards with their own branding to their customers or representatives. This payment method is in use by direct selling companies such as Elance to compensate multi-level marketers, distributers and agents, to pay out stipends to individuals taking part in clinical trials and to load funds into the cards of outside salesmen and freelancers in a timely manner that eliminates extra bank fees.

Background in Business

Before coming to Payoneer, Yuval Tal co-founded the successful global E-commerce company E4X Inc., a company that has since changed names to Fifty One Global E-Commerce. Beginning in 1999, E4X, Inc was also in the business of cross-border payments on the Internet and realized profits that gave the company a value of more than $500 million. He also worked at R-U-Sure Ltd as the CEO and at Radware Ltd as its director of business development.
