As an ex-military, walking has been my therapy and behind my walk I would like to see an act of kindness to honor every fallen or injured Canadian soldier whose dreams have been altered. My philosophy is that " The more good you do for people, the more good people give back". As an old Chinese proverb says "Even the longest journey starts with the first step".
