I have spent more than 25 years in the hospitality and meeting industry, starting out in the hotel management sector and then starting up my own related ventures: Resotel (hotel booking service), ICEO (a successful Professional Congress Organiser) and Clickway (web design company). After a period of steady growth, Resotel and ICEO became leading companies in their fields and have been acquired by a multinational European-based PCO.

Now I’m using my own entrepreneurial experience and knowledge to provide insightful and forthright business advice in a field I am passionate about. I’m a global meetings advisor with inside knowledge of the business operations, I also bring extensive national and international experience in both the operational and strategic aspects of initiating or running an event.

As a business improvement consultant, my approach is always results-oriented. My entrepreneurial background, including several years experience in managing teams, equipped me to listen and understand our client’s business to ultimately give sound advice and improve business performance.

I am a strong believer in a real partnership approach with clients and one who is committed to delivering a high quality result on time.
