Co-founder & Director @ Green IT Globe

I started my career as the very first employee at Softamed, a start-up that quickly became a European market leader for computer telephony integration projects. Together with the original founder I co-founded Artilium, a leading mobile virtual network enabler.

After this first start-up experience, I spent 16 wonderful years at Microsoft. In my last role, partner sales executive, I managed the Belgian top partners for Microsoft’s cloud productivity business, leveraging my broad experience as a highly successful solution specialist for Office 365.

In September 2015 I joined a team of datacenter, storage, networking and hardware design experts to co-found Green IT Globe, where I'm currently active as the chief evangelist.

At Green IT Globe we believe cloud is only in its infancy. IT as Energy is the next step. It’s about making IT a true commodity, affordable and accessible to all, truly reliable and fundamentally simple to use, generated as power-efficient, self-healing and locally available IT capacity.

At a personal level, I'm a super-proud father of three daughters, happily married to Silke, fanatical about running, addicted to meeting new people and matchmaking, and I love to share my passion for life.
