Yvon believes that applied technology and analytics have the power to transform the way organizations learn, perform and grow. His career led him through multiple roles from international executive, cross-cultural leader, business design consultant, program director, conference presenter, and author. He has a strong professional interest in global leadership, learning, coaching and data-driven performance development.

Yvon has more than 18 years of experience facilitating dynamic groups of executives, as well program leadership and global key account management. He has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in the UK as well as a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany and Ecole National de l'Aviation Civile (ENAC) Grande Ecole in Toulouse, France.

His main expertise and contribution to the business span from the re-engineering to the implementation of large-scale complex business solutions including program managing multi-year contracts with annual revenue exceeding $75M and 200 employees, establishing new business entities in Eastern Europe and Russia, directing European operations and international business development in Europe, the US, Mexico, China, India, Russia, Australia and South Korea. In 1998, Yvon co-founded System Partner International in Karlsruhe, Germany. His first book was published by Dunod editors in France in 2000.

Yvon was born in France and has lived for 14 years in Germany, 1 year in the UK, 2 years in Switzerland. He now lives with his family in the U.S. since 2007.
