Yvonne Dekock, professor of fashion drawing at the Fashion Department, Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Antwerp - Belgium.
She is very familiar with her students' work since the midnineties, but also with that of her contemporaries (she studied alongside the Antwerp Six) and her predecessors.
For months, she toiled away in the Fashion Museum's library to select 300 drawings that reflect the artistic evolution and personalities of the Fashion Department.
