Yvonne is a passionate individual committed to serving the needs of others. Her desire to make a difference and be a catalyst of change runs through the heartbeat of her nonprofit organization, YICU International. Yvonne identified the challenges that encumber a child’s success and proceeded to launch her own organization. YICU International "sees where others are and provides resources to where they should be" by offering alternative strategies and techniques to help youth deal with everyday struggles. Bridging the gap between youth and parents is a significant aspect to her role as a Life Strategist.

She is now sharing her passion and mastery of leadership empowerment and personal development growth with others. Today thousands of youth and tens of thousands of mothers have been taught these principles. Today Yvonne is a business entrepreneur still dedicated to making a difference. As a powerful public speaker, Yvonne receives numerous requests to speak about leadership principles and developing self-worth, at universities, schools, organizations and community events. She is sought after for counseling on various ministry issues, youth mentoring and counseling both locally and nationally.

Yvonne has been fortunate to work with a number of nonprofit organizations, schools and churches locally, nationally, and internationally. She is a creative life strategist who has developed improvement plans and growth solutions throughout her career. Her 20 years of experience in youth development, mentoring, coaching, teaching and strategic planning within organizations has contributed to her expertise in the strategic direction of leadership empowerment. Yvonne has a wealth of experience and expertise in children’s ministry leadership, volunteer team building, motivational speaking, small business/ministry management, parental coaching and she deeply enjoys stimulating the hearts and mind of others along the way. She has traveled many places encouraging and inspiring youth all over. She extends her hand nationally by hosting Youth Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Retreats, Citywide Explosions and community events. Propelling others to reach maximum greatness in life while equipping them for their future is a passion like no other for her. Equipping this next generation of leaders with great practical strategies for lifelong success is one of Yvonne’s many missions.
