"Love all, trust a few, do no harm""There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments, and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance—that principle is contempt prior to investigation."I'm a photographer, musician (Cello, guitar, piano, singer) and an artist (mostly on computer) who lost 30 years of my life to obesity. After losing 130 pounds 14 years ago I decided to pay it forward to the weight loss surgery community as a full time volunteer. I'm a certified Health/Wellness coach and an empath who smartly became a vegetarian...I'm dedicated to using my energy in places that benefits others...asking for nothing in return. It always comes back to me when I least expect it. I'm an animal freak...went to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans to save animals by myself so I'm ridiculously passionate. There is no love purer than that of an animal....they don't see you as fat or ugly....only as perfect. I cannot bear suffering and will rescue a drowning bug in the pool. Did I really just admit that? Love yoga and see myself as a work in progress. Perhaps in another lifetime I would have been a fashion designer (I have a rather colorful style) and I've delved in all sorts of crafts making weird things into art.A few months ago I learned a routine where I could finally dance (I always wanted to) and it's posted above. It is an awesome way to exercise and an even better way to express myself.
