Yvonne is a professional artist, author and screenwriter. Her book titles include: My Father’s Garden – A Tribute to Step-Fathers; My Daily Garden Journal; There’s a Flower in the Garbage; Ruby; And the Angels Danced (a collection of poetry); Slaves of a Different Kind – Unshackling Our Soul to Heal America; and feature film, A Dance For Bethany which is a 4-time award winning Feature Film about a 12-year-old runaway rescued out of a life of sex slavery and into her dream of becoming a dancer. The story of A Dance For Bethany proves one person really can make a difference and is now seen in the Czech-Republic; Middle East; and South Africa where it was launched to combat sex trafficking in South Africa, and on DVD in the United States.Yvonne is the Co-founder and President of Network for Cultural Change (formerly Trafficking In America Task Force, Inc.) a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization formed to educate and mobilize people across the United States to work towards eradicating human trafficking in America through education and creating cultural change. Formerly Yvonne was Co-producer with husband Marion and host of the TIA Now weekly television program; served on the 2013 steering committee for the National Week-end of Prayer and Master of Ceremonies for the Prayer Rally in Washington, DC.
