Journalism graduate student at Columbia College Chicago expected to graduate in December. I'm a bilingual (English & Spanish) multimedia journalist with experience in reporting, writing, editing and amateur photography. I want to tell compelling stories across multiple platforms, whether text, audio, video or photography, while applying the integrity that shaped this industry.

My summer internship at the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Nevada's largest circulating daily newspaper, helped me gain experience--and find my passion--in features writing. Few things are better than a good story.

Social media savvy, I'm fascinated by the way it informs and gives multiple generations a voice. From breaking news to viral videos, it is changing the way we experience day-to-day life.
