美食常令我及兄弟姐妹們想起老爹， 他不是廚師但超煮得， 好識買料及食， 所以我們一家自少好有食神。 時至今日， 我們仍是回味無窮， 津津樂道， 感恩。

I'm an ordinary cooking housewife in HK who have always been in great appreciation of yummy food and would like to share some of my experiences in that aspect. Just hope that you will enjoy reading my blog posts, manage making and love the dishes.

Yummy food always reminds me and my siblings about our dad. He was not a chef but could cook extremely well, get good hold of the ingredients and know exactly where to patronize for great food. Even now, we are always in great memory of all his wonderful dishes. Be grateful.
