Zach Aarons
Born and raised in New York City, Zach Aarons currently works as a professional tour guide, small business consultant, New York City historian, and travel guru. Zach is a New York City explorer, and loves to share his knowledge with tourists and locals alike. He frequently leads tours of various neighborhoods in New York City, as well as comprehensive tours of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. He likes to help tourists plan their entire itineraries during their journeys to New York. Also, Zach currently serves as one of the founding partners of Apostate Partners, a small business consulting firm. At Apostate Partners, he assists clients with business plans, financial plans, budgets, marketing plans, business strategy and other services. He has helped develop business plans, budgets and strategies for various retail stores, apparel companies, marketing firms, art galleries, and magazines. Previously, he worked at Peter J. Solomon Company, a boutique investment-banking firm in New York City focused on financial restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Zach serves on the advisory board of The Highliners, a division of the Friends of the Highline, The Board of Directors of The Shoshana Foundation, and the Board of Directors of Flamenco Vivo-Carlota Santana, a New York City flamenco dance company. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, in ancient studies from Brown University.
