Zachary Backus

Zachary Backus is a second year undergraduate student in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and is on track to graduate in 2017. He is pursuing a degree in marketing, as well as a minor in advertising. His passion for marketing comes from his motivation to sell and make products/services more appealing to a wide range of consumers. His interest in advertising comes from the ever changing advertising approaches by major companies. He offers up undying enthusiasm and a drive to succeed that is second to none, but he is also always willing to learn and grow as a person. His work ethic combined with his ecstatic personality makes him a phenomenal partner to have in any business setting, and is just as effective individually as well. Zachary is very involved with Greek life at Texas Tech where he continuously learns leadership traits, communication skills, and life changing experiences with his philanthropy.
