Where to begin...? Is that always the question? I guess I'll start in the middle, go back and then foward. Currently I am a Baking and Pastry major at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and soon I'll be graduating; off into the real world that awaits. I am a pastry chef that just happens to have a bit of food photography and food styling problem. I live a hard life..I know. I came to the US from Trinidad and Tobago, a country off the coast of Venezula, to study something I have been passionate about since I was eight years old. As for what the future holds who knows. I hope create delicious tasting food, capture some awesome moments in time and share the two with great friend and family.
