Zachary Grayum

I am a business leader with extensive experience in construction management, operations, workforce development, and large-scale business leadership. Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong teams, improving operations, and helping people reach their full potential. I believe success comes from discipline, accountability, and a commitment to continuous growth.

I was raised by parents who were educators, which taught me the value of hard work and responsibility from an early age. As a student-athlete, I earned recognition as a Prep Stars All-American football player, All-State Football selection, and a Valley League Champion and State Finalist in both the javelin and shot put. Those experiences helped shape my leadership style and taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and preparation.

I attended Oregon State University on a full football scholarship and was accepted into the Honors College. Professionally, I spent 11 years as General Manager of West Coast Agricultural Construction Co. and later became a business owner with Pacific Goldendoodle LLC. Today, I continue to lead large teams and complex operations while focusing on employee development and organizational success.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, golf, fishing, and traveling. I am passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others succeed both professionally and personally.
