IT professional by day, filmmaker by eve, health and fitness enthusiast, martial artist, poet, author, artist, gardener and handyman. When I'm not at the gym, cheffing up organic feasts, rebuilding my house, working in my yard and garden, writing scripts or poetry, practicing kung fu or karate, on a production set acting, directing or doing cinematography, lighting, or sound, hanging out with friends, playing board games with friends, watching films and documentaries on Netflix or working with Rochester Association for Film Arts & Sciences, Inc (RAFAS) as their Executive Director, I'm most likely sleeping.... which is rarely.
I love most things Japanese, especially sake. And I believe in a more eastern and organic sense of living in energetic balance and harmony. I'm also a buddhist/taoist and actively practice meditation and yoga.
