ZACHARY STAHL

I am a people person. I thrive in an environment where I am prone to meeting new people, developing relationships, gaining trust, and building rapport. Through nearly eight years in the coffee industry—four of those being in leadership roles—I honed my skills in relating to people from diverse backgrounds. I’m often able to find common ground with people.

With four years of experience in management and leadership roles, I’ve learned a lot about what a leader needs from an employee. I know that the best hires that have made are the people who display more charisma than experience, more heart than skill, and teachability instead of ego. I have also learned that professionalism is about being direct, concise, polite, and dependable. In my experience, my best hires have been based on temperament, not skill.

Whether or not I have hard skills in your industry, I do possess the ability and desire to learn, work hard, and contribute to the success of a team in a new environment. I’m good with people, I enjoy working hard, and I will strive to ensure that you enjoy employing me every single day.
