Throughout the course of my career as a leader in human resources and operations, I have consistently strengthened execution through the identification, recruitment, and development of top talent for the executive suite and broader workforce for global firms.

I am the Executive Talent Management Operations and Insights Lead in the Executive Talent Management Center of Excellence at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft in December of 2020, I spent almost 5 years with Starbucks in a variety of roles spanning leadership assessment and executive coaching, career development, and global talent acquisition.

Currently I am in graduate school finishing a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology at George Mason University. I also hold an MBA with a focus on Servant Leadership from the Hoff School of Business at Corban University.
