I am a political communicator, researcher and communitarian living on Treaty One land, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

I am passionate about contributing to progressive causes, working for organizations and working with people to achieve their goals. I have extensive experience in media relations and being able to properly focus, articulate and distribute the right message.
