Zach Foster

I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia at the age of twenty. In the last several years I've managed to graduate from college with a Business Management degree from York College in York, Nebraska, USA as well as taught myself how to write.

My writings include my wordpress site, thewritingoflife.wordpress.com., which is a blog detailing the life, struggles, and triumphs encountered during my life with a mental illness. I've have also self-published two poetry books. I'm currently experimenting with some ideas I would love to turn into novels.

Even though I have yet to use my Management degree in a regular job, mainly due the up and down nature of mental illness, I hope to use some of what I learned over the years to help others who are struggling with mental health issues.
